THE PROCESS 

Module: 1 Casting Plan

You decide: which customers should be interviewed? With the help of a casting plan we lay the foundation for the development of the personas.

Module 4: Development and verification

Based on psychological knowledge I develop 3 - 6 personas for your company

Module 2: Recruiting

Using a survey I select the right customers and recruit them for the interview. All you have to do is send the newsletter with the survey link to your customers!

Module 5: Introduction with staging

In line with your corporate strategy I develop a script and recruit actors for a production of the personas 

Module 3: Interview

I conduct a structured in-depth interview with about 10 of your clients, based on an individualised interview guide. The recordings of the interviews are available for you to use.

Module 6: Implementation

Through workshops with your staff, we ensure that each department in the company understands the different customer groups and provides the best service.
